Rabbits and Cats at Buffalo Creek Farms

Alex,
Thanks for all of your hard work on the website! You have done a wonderful job and both mom and I are very happy with it. You are very talented at working with computers (unlike me!) and you are very patient with all of my questions. Thanks so much! Also thank you to everyone who wrote such wonderful things about your new bunnies and thank you for allowing us to use your pictures. I have included one of my favorite pics of two of my favorite bunnies, Sport and Simba!

Heather

No Pic Hey, Heather! I just wanted to let you know that the bunnies are doing really well, and we're SO glad to have them as additions to our family! . . . The boy bunny, now officially named "Scott" by Mia (don't ask me why, I have no idea) is our explorer bunny. He's a daring guy, and he has no problems being held, sung to, or exploring new places. Amiee and Miah

Bryanna and Bubbles are still the best of friends. We have had several sleepovers and lots of little girls wanting to hold and play with Bubbles. She is such a sweety. She lets all the girls hold her and love on her. She is now litter boxed trained so most days her cage door is open and she has the run of Bryanna's room and loves leaping about and playing in several tunnels we have set up for her.
You can't put a price on friendship and Bryanna has a wonderful friend that she will never forget.

Thanks again!
Sherri

I just wanted to send and email and tell how well Smokey is getting along with us. Paul absolutely loves him, actually the whole family does. Smokey is not the least bit skittish, which is such a plus since we have a noisy household with three kids. Even my husband, who wasn't absolutely sure we should do the bunny, loves him. He holds him on his lap and Smokey has taken a liking to sitting on his shoulder. Thanks for everything.

Sincerely,
Janneil Crader

He is still the sweetest thing. He has gotten REALLY attached to me. He tries to wriggle away from anyone else holding him so that he can get back to me. He's a cuddle bug!

The bunnies are doing great. They love to play and get attention. They don't pull away when we try to touch them anymore, they actually will come up to us to get pet. Garrick has named the big chestnut doe Cheyanne and the little buck Gizmo. He still hasn't named the other two. It is really great, he comes home every day and holds them and plays with them. He has never taken that much interest in the other ones, but really has taken to these. He would pick one up and hold it and say this one is my favorite and then he would pick up another one and say no, I think this is my favorite, I told him after he said that three times that he really couldn't decide and he said no , they are all too cute. I really want to say what a great job you have done with them, they are some of the friendliest bunnies I have seen. . . . . My daughter and I took Gizmo and Sierra to one of my clients houses. He is in a wheelchair because of a stroke that he had many years ago, he is unable to talk but really loved Gizmo, he laughed and reached out and pet him. Afterwards we took them to Petsmart and they were a big hit. They even got their pictures taken with Santa. We are very happy with them and want to get more soon.

We are all having fun with Theo. I let him run around the kitchen
and everyone took turns holding him.Our big kitty Milo
was afraid of him at first, but then sat by his cage for hours. They will be good buddies if we train them right. Theo kissed my daughter and she loves him too! Thanks for adding to our family, we needed the fun!

Theo now has company. My daughter brought home
her bunny and its sister from the student naturalist class. . . .I comb out his under hair every day so it wont tangle. He likes his grooming time, but is not as cuddly as the girls. He still purrs though and likes to be talked to.We take our bunnies to my Mom's nursing home for her to hold and share. They get held so much there they get hot! . . . . .We made him as tunnel to run through out of a tall box. We will bring him to
see you some day soon!

Just to let you know we made it home.Gabby has given them all her little teletubby toys to play with, but they aren't too interested. Goliath was sitting on my shoe, trying to climb my pants, and Rascal was exploring everywhere. Very brave! Then Rascal layed on the bed with my and one of my cats came up and started licking on his head behind his ears. He didn't know what to think. He didn't seem quite happy, but he sure didn't take off either. He probably knew he shouldn't like it but he did.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The boys hung out on the bed with us and watched a movie
last night. Until Goliath decided to jump off and go exploring! And he's
really quick. Rascal stayed and layed with his cat.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Goliath is now my
little cuddler. I was sitting at the table yesterday and he was playing on
it, chasing a cat I might add, and he kept coming over to me and jumping
into my arms! He was being so cute. I'd put him back on, he'd chase the
cat again, and then come jump back. My parents came yesterday and saw them
for the first time, and they got held and cuddled a lot by my mom too.
Gabby now thinks they're kitties, she calls them kitties, and we tell her
they're bunnies and she says "No!" When they're in their hutch she sits
down by it and talks to them, but they aren't that amused by her.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
We're home and settling in. Chloe is already making herself at home, she's
quite the cuddler, and she likes the cats too! Gabby has decided Chloe is her "kitty",
and I think Chloe seems okay with it. When we put Chloe in her hutch, the
top one, last night, Gabby was very upset and cried "my kitty". She was
very dramatic! I think Chloe seems like she's adjusting very well, quicker
than the boys. They are doing really well now, but they still are very
ornery. Gabby helps me feed them, and they even treat Gabby like their good
buddy when there's food involved. Chloe is sleeping in her litter box :) She's very athletic and loves exploring the
whole house. But she also loves to give kisses and be cuddled. She has two
litter boxes now, but she alternates which one she sleeps in.Chloe really likes our white cat, Max, and he doesn't seem too concerned
with her. I'll try to get a picture of her trying to sit on him :)

No Pics Hey Heather
Just wanted to let you know the princess is doing well!! She does very well at pottying in her toilet. We bought her a chew toy and she loves it.
My daughter says that her name fits her well because it looks like she is wearing a teira on her head. Any way thank you so much. . . .Thanks again and I am sure we will be getting another from you in the near future. LOL

Johna and Paige

Hi Kelly, here is a pic of Alex and Muffin. We were so use to calling her muffy that we thought Muffin would fit her well. She is a very sweet girl.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hi Kelly, the bunnies are doing great. The REW is running around the office as I type. She is such a character. I think Taylor is going to name her Rose. You have wonderful bunnies.

Thanks Tracy

BW Chillin' in his hammock!p>

I just wanted to let you know that the babies are doing great. . .The kids are doing really well with figuring out when they are ready to be put down and given their space. The kids named them Cotton and Candi. . . As you see, Cotton still has his white tummy and they both enjoy being brushed. Candi looks so sweet with her hair "did". lol They are getting used to JoJo (our pomeranian) and aren't scared to sniff him anymore or to let him sniff them. . . They are both so sweet - you did a great job raising them. I'll send pictures soon.
Thanks,
Amy
